Compensation will not be given for damage sustained
by a parcel which has been delivered without external trace of
injury and has been accepted by the addresses.
11,
Application for indœunity must be made within one
year of the date of posting of the parcel and the insurance
receipt must accompany the claim in every case,
12.
Compensation will not be given when the loss or damage
has been caused by the fault or negligence of the sender or arises
from the nature of the article.
13.
Compensation will not include indirect loss or loss of
profits nor will it include the postage or the insurance fee paid.
14.
There shall be no advice of delivery service in connec-
tion with insured parcels delivered in Canada.
15.
The above arrangements will remain in force for an
indefinite period. They may be terminated by mutual consent or by
either one of the two Postal Administrations giving notice at
least three months in advance of its intention to bring this
insurance service to an end.
